Withdrawn Lavender Statements

For reference purposes, listed below are Lavender statements that have been withdrawn by NHS Oxfordshire. Policies may have been withdrawn for a number of reasons, eg, because the interventions are now the subject of NICE guidance; because the interventions are no longer available; or because changes in the care pathway mean that alternative commissioning arrangements apply.

Please contact NHS Oxfordshire's Health Care Priorities Team on (01865) 337288 or email priorities.oxfordshirepct@nhs.net for enquiries regarding withdrawn policies. A list of current Lavender statements is also available on this site.
