Lavender Statements

The local commissioning policies (Lavender statements) listed on this page have been developed by Oxfordshire Priorities Forum and the MOBBB Priorities Committee on behalf of NHS Oxfordshire. NHS organisations caring for Oxfordshire patients must take account of these statements when considering treatment or referral to other specialists.

In particular, health care providers should note that interventions given a 'LOW PRIORITY' are not normally commissioned by NHS Oxfordshire. For information about applying to the PCT for individual funding for 'low priority' interventions, see Individual Patient Treatment Requests.

Please contact NHS Oxfordshire's Health Care Priorities Team on (01865) 336887 or email priorities.oxfordshirepct@nhs.net for all enquiries about Lavender statements. A list of withdrawn statements is also available on this site.
