Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust strategy 2008-2013
The PCT has now finalised its Strategy for the period 2009-13. This strategy was shaped by the debate we had about our plans with patients, members of the public and our partners during the Autumn of 2008, while we were still at the draft stage of our thinking.
During that discussion we talked to local people about our vision for the future of health services in Oxfordshire. We wanted to hear what is important to you, to understand what your priorities are and to make sure that our future aims will impact positively on the health of the local population. We held five public meetings in Witney, Oxford, Henley, Banbury and Wantage, sought feedback through our website and distributed a questionnaire throughout the county. We extend a big thank you to everyone who took time to give their views on the future of health service needs.
We have collated and analysed responses from all the discussions and written feedback we received. This information has been pulled together into a Final report . Copies can be sent on request. We were also asked some questions about our services and these are answered in Appendix 8 - Responses to questions.
