The Programme Board Membership
The role of the Better Healthcare Programme Board is to oversee and be accountable for the effective delivery of the Programme. The Board will deliver plans, commissioning strategies and service specifications. Responsibility for dealing with the risk log and issues escalated by the Project Group sits with the Board
The Programme Board role is to advise and inform the PCT Board. In turn, it will be advised and informed by the Community Partnership Forum, the Project Group and the Horton Working Group. The Programme Board is accountable to the PCT Board.
