Work streams
There are four key areas of work that we will be concentrating on in 2009. These are intended to progress and develop the work that has already been undertaken. Further details of these meetings will be available in the coming weeks.

| This work stream focuses on researching service models from small acute hospitals. This group is also responsible for the Invitation to Innovate process and helping to evaluate the ideas that this will generate. |
This work stream is responsible for stakeholder engagement and making sure any information is readable to the wider community. |
This work stream is responsible for engaging staff across the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust and clinicians through out the catchment area for the Horton General Hospital. |
This work stream is responsible for the health strategy planning for Banbury and surrounding areas. This group has been stood down until the programme has a better understanding of the service models. |
