'What I first noticed when I got to Witney was the fact it’s a very friendly environment, the community hospital feel is different in that it’s close knit and a lot of the staff have been here for a long period of time and know each other very well. It goes well with the fact that the patients generally stay here for a while as they rehabilitate and they enjoy that feel, the feel is more of a community and friendly nature.'
