World Class Commissioning Panel Report
Back in March 2010 a World Class Commissioning panel headed by Andrea Young, Chief Executive of South Central Strategic Health Authority, compiled a report on NHS Oxfordshire. The panel's overall impression of the organisation is that we are highly capable with a track record of delivery and an urgent need to define our vision and strategic priorities more clearly.
The panel identified 3 main recommendations that we will need to consider as we continue to drive transformation of health and healthcare in Oxfordshire:
- Vision and strategic focus
- Clarity around focus/initiative priorities
- Aligning the whole system to deliver reform
