Remuneration and Terms of Service Committee
The purpose of the Remuneration Committee and Terms of Service Committee is to advise the PCT Board about the appropriate remuneration and terms of service for the Chief Executive, Executive Directors and other Directors including:
- All aspects of salary (including and performance related elements/bonuses)
- Provisions for other benefits, including pensions
- Arrangements for terminations of employment and other contractual terms.

Audit Committee
The Audit Committee is an advisory body of NHS Oxfordshire; its main aim is to provide assurance and advice to the PCT Board and the Chief Executive as Accountable Officer, on the proper stewardship of resources and assets, financial reporting, the effectiveness of audit arrangements (internal and external), risk management, control and corporate governance arrangements within the PCT.

Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust Charity
The PCT Board acts as Trustee of the Oxfordshire PCT Charity. It passes responsibility for the day to day management of the funds to the Oxfordshire PCT Charity Sub- Committee which is responsible for the general oversight and management of the PCT’s Charitable Fund and the investment of the Charitable Fund. Non Executive members include:

Commissioning Quality Sub-Committee
The purpose of Commissioning Quality Sub-Committee is to maintain and improve the safety and quality of healthcare commissioned and provided by the PCT and to monitor progress; to advise and manage clinical risk on behalf of the Board; to advise the Board and Audit Committee on Quality and Clinical Standards and help formulate organisational objectives and priorities; to ensure compliance with Standards for Better Health and to promote a culture of openness through leadership and communication.

Fianance and Performance Committee
The Finacne and Performance Committee is a formal Sub-Committee and advisory body of the Oxfordshire Primary Care TRust. Its principal aim is to provide advice to the PCT Board on finanical and other aspects of performance taking into account the delivery of the PCT's targets and strategies/
